PITTSBURGH -- Nightly closures in the outbound lanes of the Liberty Tunnel will continue for several months.The outbound lanes are closed from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., Sundays through Thursdays, until the end of February.Construction work is being done as part of a $5.3 million upgrade to the tunnel.
